- Tools and jigs are designed around the delicate surface properties of the starting material (e.g. organic coated, polished, brushed or high gloss)
- Appropriate product handling to ensure a clean and impeccable surface finish: Highly decorative pre-materials can be covered with a film to protect them from being damaged during the roll forming process and in transit.
- Steel section manufacturing with surfaces suitable for subsequent chromium plating.
- We also supply steel profiles manufactured with foiled products (e.g.: with wood grains), which require no further surface treatment on the part of the customer.
